Equipment and Apparel Yard Sale Set for Sept. 19

THE FLATS – Following up on its popular first edition last spring, a wide range of official Georgia Tech equipment and apparel, including game jerseys, authentic coaching gear and more, will once again be available for fans to purchase at Tech athletics’ yard sale, which will be held from 8-11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19 at McCamish Pavilion. The yard sale immediately precedes Georgia Tech’s Family Weekend football game versus Mercer, which kicks off at noon at Bobby Dodd Stadium at Hyundai Field.

With Georgia Tech’s transition to new official apparel partner Under Armour this summer, a bevy of surplus Yellow Jackets apparel is available for fans to purchase at great prices. Items available include:

The yard sale will be held in McCamish Pavilion’s Callaway Club, with entry at the Benatar Entrance on the east side of the facility (adjacent to the McCamish Lot). Regular football gameday parking will be in effect.

Only credit/debit cards are accepted (cash not accepted). Sales tax is included in all prices. All sales are final with no refunds and no receipts.

Full Steam Ahead

Full Steam Ahead is a $500 million fundraising initiative to achieve Georgia Tech athletics’ goal of competing for championships at the highest level in the next era of intercollegiate athletics. The initiative will fund transformative projects for Tech athletics, including renovations of Bobby Dodd Stadium at Hyundai Field (the historic home of Georgia Tech football), the Zelnak Basketball Center (the practice and training facility for Tech basketball) and O’Keefe Gymnasium (the venerable home of Yellow Jackets volleyball), as well as additional projects and initiatives to further advance Georgia Tech athletics through program wide-operational support.
