Kopacka, Copeland And Wagner Fare Well At USA Swimming National Championships

INDIANAPOLIS – Georgia Tech rising senior Ryann Kopacka, rising junior Travis Wagner and recently graduated Noah Copeland competed this week in the 2009 ConocoPhillips USA Swimming National Championships. The trio fared well at the long course meet which was held at the Indiana University Natatorium on the Campus of IUPUI.

Copeland swam the 50-free and finished 46th with a time of 23.75. In the 100-free, he finished 39th with a mark of 50.92, while his 1:53.78 in the 200-free was good for a 54th-place finish.

In the 100-back, Kopacka placed 64th as she touched the wall in 1:05.41.

Wagner also turned in a solid performance in the 100-fly as he recorded a time of 56.70, good for 43rd place.
