Jacket Gridders Conduct Fan Photo Day

ATLANTA (Aug. 9) – Photos and autographs with Georgia Tech’s football players and coaches and an opportunity to select and buy season tickets for 1999 are part of Tech’s Football Fan Photo Day Saturday, Aug. 21, at Bobby Dodd Stadium/Grant Field.

The festivities begin at 3:00 p.m. with a two-hour session where fans will have a chance to hand-pick unsold seats in Bobby Dodd Stadium and purchase 1999 season tickets. A two-hour photo and autograph session begins at 4 p.m. with head coach George O’Leary, Heisman Trophy candidate Joe Hamilton and the rest of the Yellow Jackets under the West Stands in the Roy Richards Festival area.

Food and drinks, as well as merchandise from the Georgia Tech Bookstore will be sold, and Tech team posters, schedule cards and other items will be available. Tech mascot Buzz and the cheerleaders, as well as the Ramblin’ Wreck car, will be on hand.
