THE FLATS – The Georgia Tech swimming & diving program will host its White vs. Gold Intrasquad scrimmage Friday at the Aquatic Center on campus. The 90-minute scrimmage is open to the public and is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m.
Below is the event schedule for Friday’s intrasquad scrimmage:
- 200-yard medley relay
- 200-yard freestyle
- 200-yard individual medley
- 50-yard freestyle
- 1-meter diving (10-minute break)
- 100-yard butterfly
- 100-yard freestyle
- 500-yard freestyle
- 3-meter diving (10-minute break)
- 100-yard backstroke
- 100-yard breaststroke
- 400-yard freestyle relay
Courtney Shealy Hart begins her sixth season as Georgia Tech head coach and her eighth season overall on The Flats. Last season, Andrew Kosic, Nico van Duijn and Mats Westergren represented the Jackets at the 2014 NCAA National Championships, with Kosic earning All-America honors in the 50-yard freestyle.
Georgia Tech opens its 2014-15 season Oct. 3 at Penn State (5 p.m. ET), followed by a tri-meet Oct. 4 in Annapolis, Md., against George Mason and Navy.
