Georgia Tech's Kilborn Goes 1-1 In ITA All-American Pre-Qualifier

THE FLATS – Georgia Tech women’s tennis senior Elizabeth Kilborn went 1-1 in the pre-qualifying draw at the Riviera/ITA All-American event in Los Angeles, Calif.

Kilborn, ranked No. 94, battled past Vanderbilt’s Ashleigh Antal, 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 in the opening match but fell to UCLA’s Kyle McPhillips 6-2, 7-5, in the second round of the pre-qualifying draw.

Kilborn and the Yellow Jackets will be back in action Oct. 5-6 when they travel to the Roberta Alison Fall Classic hosted by the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
