Georgia Tech-Virginia Tech Softball Game Cancelled

BLACKSBURG, Va. – The scheduled third game of an Atlantic Coast Conference softball series between No. 18 Georgia Tech (43-10, 10-3 ACC) and Virginia Tech (35-18, 3-11 ACC) was cancelled on Sunday due to inclement weather.

The Yellow Jackets and Hokies split a doubleheader on Saturday, with Virginia Tech winning the opener, 9-5, and Tech winning the nightcap, 10-3.

The Yellow Jackets continue to lead the ACC with a record of 10-3. Tech will host Georgia Southern for a single game on Wednesday at Glenn Field, starting at 4 p.m., before wrapping up the conference season at Maryland, April 29-30.
