THE FLATS — With the 2017 NFL regular season coming to a close, Georgia Tech had a total of four #ProJackets in Harrison Butker, Shaq Mason, Derrick Morgan and Isaiah Johnson make the NFL Playoffs with their respective teams.
Johnson made his season debut on Sunday, as he picked up six total tackles for the Los Angeles Rams in their loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Johnson, who was active the last three weeks of the season for the Rams, and L.A. host the Atlanta Falcons on Saturday at 8:15 p.m. ET on NBC.
Butker, who hit the game-winning field goal in the Kansas City Chiefs’ 27-24 Week 16 win over the Denver Broncos, finished the regular season tied for second in the NFL with 38 made field goals despite playing in only 13 games for the Chiefs.
The Chiefs will take on the Tennessee Titans and fellow #ProJacket Morgan in the wild-card round on Saturday at 4:35 p.m. ET on ESPN and ABC.
Mason and the AFC East Division Champions will have a bye in the wild-card round of the NFL Playoffs this week before hosting the divisional round on Saturday, Jan. 13, at 8:15 p.m. ET.
