THE FLATS — The National Football League’s 2022 season got underway last week with a terrific lineup of exciting games to kick off the year.
Pressley Harvin III had another good week, despite only punting four times. He boomed them however at a 51.5-yard average, including a gaudy 69-yarder.

Harvin and Co. return to work on a short week, playing against the Cleveland Browns on Thursday Night Football at 8:15 p.m. on Amazon Prime.
Adam Gotsis got going in the Jaguars’ 24-0 drubbing of Indianapolis. Gotsis recorded two tackles, including a sack.
Raiders tight end Darren Waller hauled in his first receiving touchdown of the season, despite Las Vegas falling in overtime to Arizona 29-23. Waller caught six passes for 50 yards total in the effort.
