July 17, 2017

THE FLATS – Mercedes-Benz Stadium will be awash in White and Gold on Labor Day evening based on continued brisk sales of 2017 Georgia Tech football season tickets.

A very limited number of Georgia Tech’s full season-ticket packages remain available, due in large part to the high demand from Yellow Jackets faithful for the season-opening Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game versus Tennessee at brand-new Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta.

In an effort to meet the demand of its fans, Georgia Tech requested and received additional tickets to the nationally televised Labor Day showdown against UT, on top of its original allotment of 30,000 seats. The only way to secure the few tickets that remain from Tech’s allotments is to purchase a full season-ticket package.

In addition to the highly anticipated opener at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, a full season-ticket package also includes seats to Georgia Tech’s six games at Bobby Dodd Stadium in 2017. The Yellow Jackets’ six home games all come against teams that advanced to postseason play last season, including longtime Atlantic Coast Conference rival North Carolina (Sept. 30), defending ACC Coastal Division champion Virginia Tech (Nov. 11) and archrival Georgia (Nov. 25).

Beginning at just $300 for all seven games, Georgia Tech’s full season-ticket package represents an incredible value, as the cheapest seats on the secondary market for the Tennessee and Georgia games alone currently sell for $333.

FLEX PACKS REMAIN ON SALE
Georgia Tech’s popular Flex Packs are also on sale now. Flex Packs allow fans to purchase tickets for any three, four, five or six Yellow Jackets games at Bobby Dodd Stadium — including the Nov. 25 showdown versus Georgia — beginning at just $125.

SINGLE-GAME TICKETS GO ON SALE MONDAY
In addition to full season tickets and Flex Packs, 2017 single-game tickets went on sale on Monday. Single-game tickets are available for the Sept. 9 home opener versus Jacksonville State and each of the Yellow Jackets’ four ACC games at Bobby Dodd Stadium (Sept. 23 vs. Pitt, Sept. 30 vs. North Carolina, Oct. 21 vs. Wake Forest and Nov. 11 vs. Virginia Tech).

Single-game tickets start at just $15 for the home opener against Jacksonville State and $40 for the four ACC contests.

Tickets for regular-season finale versus Georgia are only available by purchasing full season tickets and Flex Packs.
