Georgia Tech’s 2005 Football Media Guide is now on sale through the Tech Sports Information Office.
The 208-page book includes profiles on all Tech players and coaches, as well as statistics, records and history chronicling 113 years of Georgia Tech football. Tech seniors Eric Henderson, Gerris Wilkinson, Chris Reis and P.J. Daniels are featured on the front cover.
Fans will note that this year’s edition is slightly smaller than in past years. NCAA legislation has limited the size of all media guides in all sports to no more than 208 pages, plus cover.
To purchase a media guide:
* Visit the Sports Information Office and pick one up for $15 (cash or check); or
* Mail a check for $20, made out to GTAA, to Georgia Tech Sports Information, 150 Bobby Dodd Way, N.W., Atlanta, GA 30332-0455. The media guide will be mailed to you. The $20 price includes postage. Or
* Attend Georgia Tech’s Fan Photo Day on Saturday, Aug. 27, and purchase a media guide for $15 (cash or check)
Alexander-Tharpe Fund members at the Alexander Level and above receive complimentary copies, which were mailed this week.
Georgia Tech’s 2005 schedule posters and schedule magnets are available, free of charge, at the Sports Information Office. Posters and magnets will also be distributed on Fan Photo Day.
