First Saturday on The Flats Set for August 7

THE FLATS – Georgia Tech football invites fans to First Saturday on The Flats, which will be held on Saturday, Aug. 7 at Bobby Dodd Stadium.

First Saturday on The Flats is a new event dedicated to Georgia Tech fans, which will feature an open practice, followed by an interactive on-field experience for all fans in attendance. The on-field experience will include inflatables, photo stations and many more fun-filled activities for fans of all ages (please note that the new First Saturday on The Flats event will not include autograph sessions with student-athletes and coaches).

First Saturday on The Flats will also include the first Wreckfest of the year, featuring appearances by Buzz and the Ramblin’ Reck, food and beverage vendors, posters, giveaways, a chance to enter drawings for great prizes and more.

Additionally, 2021 Georgia Tech football season ticket members will be entered for a chance to win exclusive prizes, including the opportunity to be on the field during the open practice.

Admission to First Saturday on The Flats is FREE. Gates open at 8:30 a.m. and open practice will run from approximately 9-11:30 a.m. The interactive on-field experience will begin 30 minutes following the conclusion of practice and run until 1:30 p.m.

Information regarding the exclusive opportunities for Georgia Tech season ticket members will be communicated directly to season ticket members via email. Fans that wish to enjoy the exclusive opportunities available to season ticket members during First Saturday on The Flats can still purchase 2021 Georgia Tech football season tickets. Starting at just $299 per seat, season tickets include reserved seats for all seven games on the Yellow Jackets’ 2021 home schedule, including “Mayhem at Mercedes-Benz Stadium” versus North Carolina on Sept. 25 and the return of “Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate” versus archrival Georgia on Nov. 27 at Bobby Dodd Stadium.
