Day Two of Yellow Jacket Invitational Cancelled

March 28, 2009

The Yellow Jacket Track & Field Invitational has been cancelled due to inclement weather Saturday in the Atlanta area.

After an hour delay, officials made a decision to cancel the meet as weather conditions worsened. The men’s and women’s hammer throw on Friday were the lone events completed in the meet.

The Tech men’s and women’s teams will host Georgia on Thursday, April 2, at Griffin Track. Competition begins with the hammer throw at 5 p.m.
