THE FLATS – Georgia Tech athletics and Core Power announced a partnership on Tuesday that makes Core Power milkshakes the official protein drink of Georgia Tech athletics.
Through the partnership, Core Power’s high-protein milkshakes are available to Georgia Tech student-athletes through the athletics department’s nutrition and strength-and-conditioning programs to aid in recovery following athletic activities.
“We’re proud to announce that Core Power is the official protein drink of Georgia Tech athletics,” deputy director of athletics Mark Rountree said. “It is a natural fit for Georgia Tech to partner with another innovative organization with deep roots in Atlanta. Core Power’s dedication to Georgia Tech directly benefits our student-athletes by providing them a first-class product to assist with recovery after the workouts, practices and competitions that they participate in at the highest level of collegiate athletics.”
