HISTORY & TRADITION

Georgia Tech Cheerleaders are more than just athletes — they're ambassadors, entertainers, and leaders who proudly uphold the traditions and integrity of the Georgia Institute of Technology. The team plays a vital role in generating school spirit and crowd engagement, as well as representing Georgia Tech at athletic events, campus functions, and within the local Atlanta community. Where you’ll see us: All home and away football games, men’s & women’s basketball games, postseason tournaments, as well as community and campus events.

COMPETITION

Georgia Tech Cheerleading is both a challenging and rewarding competitive program. Each spring, the team competes at NCA College Nationals in Daytona Beach, Florida, representing the Institute with pride and excellence. In 2025 and 2026, the team showcased their talent in the small coed intermediate division, returning as back-to-back National Runners-up!
