THE FLATS – Due to inclement weather in the forecast this weekend, Georgia Tech baseball has altered its weekend series against Virginia Tech at Mac Nease Baseball Park at Russ Chandler Stadium.
Friday’s ACC lidlifter will move up to a 2 p.m. first pitch time; Saturday’s game will be postponed; and Sunday will move to a doubleheader, beginning at 1 p.m.
The second game of the doubleheader on Sunday will begin approximately 45 minutes after the first game is completed with the stadium being cleared in between contests.
Tickets for Saturday’s game will be honored for the first game on Sunday, with the original tickets for Sunday’s game being honored for the second game on Sunday.
