Albertson Finishes Third at All-American Classic

El Paso, Texas – Anders Albertson fired a closing 4-under-par 67 Tuesday, finishing two shots out of the lead in third place at the Western Refining College All-American Classic.

The Tech junior from Woodstock, Ga., compiled a 54-hole total of 204 to finish at 9-under-par, two shots behind New Mexico’s Gavin Green (11-under 202), who closed Tuesday with a 66. Alabama’s Cory Whitsett finished second at 10-under 203.

His teammate, junior Ollie Schniederjans, shot a 69 Tuesday to finish tied for 12th place at 2-under 211. Schniederjans is the No. 1-ranked player in the nation according to Golfstat.
