2015 Georgia Tech-Notre Dame Date Set

Dec. 20, 2013

Georgia Tech’s football game at Notre Dame in 2015 – announced earlier this year as part of Notre Dame’s agreement to play five Atlantic Coast Conference schools each season — has been set for Saturday, Sept. 19th in South Bend, Ind.

Notre Dame will face four ACC teams in 2014, six ACC foes in 2015 and five each year beginning in 2016, the conference office announced today. The conference’s complete press release can be found here.

Georgia Tech’s 2015 non-conference schedule also includes games against Georgia and Tulane.

The Yellow Jackets have played the Irish 34 times with an all-time record of 6-27-1. Tech is 3-16 all-time in South Bend. The last time Tech played Notre Dame was a 33-3 Yellow Jacket victory in the 2007 season opener.
