Both teams have a 36-hole total of 537 (-23), two strokes ahead of Tech (539, -21).

COACH BRUCE HEPPLER SAID – “We had kind of an up and down day, played well in stretches and then backed up in some spots, but I’m really pleased with the way we finished the round. We got ourselves back in the tournament with several birdies from 15 to 18. We’re looking forward to a big challenge tomorrow against several very talented teams.”

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION – The Maui Jim Intercollegiate is being played Friday through Sunday at Mirabel Golf Club, a 7,081-yard, par 70 layout on Scottsdale, Ariz., for the second time in the three-year history of the event.
