2010-11: First-team All-American and an All-ACC choice who was dominant after a slow start in Tech[apos]s first two fall events … Also named to the GCAA[apos]s All-Nicklaus Team (comprising the top 24 performers from all levels of collegiate golf) … Named an All-America Scholar by the GCAA and the ACC Golf Scholar-Athlete of the Year … The nation[apos]s 14th-ranked player in the Golfweek/Sagarin Performance Index, 11th in the Golfstat Cup rankings … Finished in the top 10 in nine events, winning twice, and was the Jackets[apos] top finisher in seven tournaments … Shot an opening 62 and won the USCC by seven strokes (12-under 204) … Won the Puerto Rico Classic with three sub-70 rounds (10-under 206) … Tied for 8th at the NCAA Championship, tied for 2nd at the NCAA East Regional … Third in the ACC and second on the team with a 71.56 stroke average in 32 rounds … Improved by almost two strokes over his sophomore year … Shot closing 68 in four of his last six events … Had a 765-107 overall head-to-head record, and was 55-41-7 against the nation[apos]s top 50 players.

2009-10: All-ACC performer who was the nation[apos]s 54th-ranked player according to the Golfweek/Sagarin Index, 64th in Golfstat … Finished with the team[apos]s third-best stroke average at 72.39, which ranks sixth in the ACC … Spring norm was 72.67, second-best on the team, and his final-round average of 71.09 was best on the team and ranked 26th nationally … Had seven top-20 finishes, two of those in the top 10, in 11 events … High finish was T6 at the Mauna Lani Invitational, and had a T7 at the Linger Longer Invitational … Has a 713-237-40 against all Division I competitors, and an 98-81-6 mark against those ranked in the nation[apos]s top 100 … Twelve rounds of par or better, five under 70 … 17th in the nation in birdie conversion, 3rd in putts on greens in regulation (GIR), 19th in putting par, 22nd in fewest three-putt holes.

2008-09: Participated in nine events, eight for the team … Averaged 74.78 strokes over 27 rounds, and counted for the team in 19 of 24 rounds in team events … Held the second-highest Golfweek/Sagarin rating of any ACC freshman (228), and played the toughest schedule … Two top-10 finishes in the spring (T-6 at the Puerto Rico Classic and the ACC Championship) … Played all six rounds under par.

ACC Championship experience: T6 as a freshman, T19 as a sophomore, T8 as a junior, T16 as a senior … 71.33 average in 12 rounds.

NCAA Championship experience: Averaged 73.2 in 18 regional and finals rounds … Best regional finish is T2 in the 2011 East, and best Finals finish was T8 in 2011 in Stillwater, Okla. … 1-1 in NCAA match play.

Amateur: 2011: Tied for 30th U.S. Open sectional qualifier at Hawks Ridge Golf Club … 2010: T2 at Players Amateur, T29 at Dogwood Invitational, 39th at Monroe Invitational … 2009: T-44th at the Southeastern Amateur … T38th at the Dogwood Invitational.

High School: Four-year letterwinner and two-year team captain for coach Billy Peck at Harrison High School in Kennesaw, Ga. … Three-time all-state performer (2006, 2007, 2008) … Won the state AAAAA individual title twice, in 2006 and 2008 … Won the 2008 title by 11 strokes with rounds of 67-65 (12-under-par) at the Oleander Course at Jekyll Island, while Harrison captured the team title as well … Graduated with a GPA over 4.0.

Junior Golf: No. 56 ranking nationally and the top-ranked player in Georgia according to the Junior Golf Scoreboard … Had two titles (2007 GSGA Junior, 2006 SGJT Tournament of Champions), six top-5 finishes, seven top-10s and seven top-20s in his junior career … Finished in the top 25 of all four 2008 events, including a T12 at the Houston Boys Invitational at Redstone … Two runner-up finishes included the 2007 Ringgold Telephone Company Junior in which he opened with a 61, an AJGA 18-hole scoring record … Finished third in stroke play (66-73) at the 2007 U.S. Junior Amateur, and reached the round of 16 before falling.
