Top Storylines
• Riding the momentum of back-to-back victories, Georgia Tech football begins a grueling November with a contest at No. 18/17 North Carolina. Kickoff is set for 12:30 p.m. at Kenan Stadium in Chapel Hill, N.C. and the game will be televised live on the ACC Network.

• Saturday’s game at North Carolina begins a stretch of three road dates in Georgia Tech’s final four regular-season games.

• Georgia Tech hits the road following consecutive home wins over Georgia Southern (35-24 on Oct. 15) and Duke (38-35 on Oct. 29).

• At 5-3 overall, the Yellow Jackets need just one win in their final four regular-season games to become bowl-eligible for the 19th time in the last 20 seasons.

• At 2-3 in ACC play, Tech also remains in contention for the Coastal Division title and a berth in the 2016 ACC Championship Game, especially with opportunities against Coastal front-runners North Carolina (6-2, 4-1 ACC) and Virginia Tech (6-2, 4-1 ACC) looming in the next two weeks.

• Georgia Tech amassed 605 yards of total offense in last Saturday’s win over Duke, which was the Jackets’ highest offensive output in 26 games, dating back to a 612-yard effort in a 56-28 win at Pitt on Oct. 25, 2014.

• The Yellow Jackets’ 605-yard output was highlighted by quarterback Justin Thomas racking up a career-high 459 yards of total offense (264 passing, 195 rushing) and accounting for four touchdowns (two passing, two rushing). After posting the third-highest single-game yardage total in program history, Thomas was named the Walter Camp National Offensive Player of the Week and ACC Offensive Back of the Week.
