Indoor: Recorded a season-best performance in the 3K (8:29.67) to finish XXX at the Commodore Invitational … went on to run an 8:38.80 at the ACC Championships … ran a 2:46.31 in his lone 1000m of the season at the Orange & Purple Invitational … ran an indoor 5K PR at the Music City Challenge – 14:35.16. Outdoor: Set a PR in the 5K, running a 14:31.39 to finish seventh at the Georgia Tech Invitational … also recorded a new personal-best in the 10K (30:36.12) at the Penn Relays to finish eighth and shave more than 23 seconds off his previous PR … also went on to run a 31:36.78 at the ACC Championships … posted a 4:00.35 at the FSU Relays in his lone 1500m of the season.
2017 Cross Country:
Ran a 15:30.2 to finish sixth in the 5K at the Jacksonville State Opener … turned in a season-best 8K time of 24:56.4 at the ACC Championships … ran a 35:30.7 in the 10K at South Regionals.
2017 Track:
Indoor: Competed four times for Tech in three different events … ran a season-best time in the 3000 meters at the Music City Challenge (8:23.78) … ran the mile once, turning in a time of 4:26.80 at the Commodore Invitational … competed in the 5000 meters once, recorded a time of 14:45.40 at the Meyo Invitational. Outdoor: Recorded a personal-best time of 14:34.11 in the 5000m run at the Tennessee Relays … also ran a time of 14:39.97 in the 5000m run at the Penn Relays … turned in a time of 30:59.59 in his only outing in the 10000m run at the ACC Outdoor Championships.
2016 Track:
Indoor: Ran in the 3000m events at three meets … Finished 19th in the 3000m at the Music City Challenge with a personal-best time of 8:30.05. Outdoor: Finished 10th in the 5000m at the Tiger Track Classic with a time of 14:46.37 … Ran a personal-best time of 14:45.06 in the 5000m at the Penn Relays.
2015 Cross Country:
Ran in five meets during the 2015 season … Finished eighth in the 5k at the Gene Mullin Invitational with a time of 16:18.7 … Finished 20th at the JSU/Struts Invitational with a 5k time of 15:45.7 … Finished 124th at the ACC Championships with an 8k time of 26:59.4.
2015 Track:
Indoor: Recorded a career-best time of 4:26.57 in the mile run at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational … Placed 10th in the 3,000 meters with a career-best time of 8:46.59 at the Samford University Invitational. Outdoor: Improved his 5,000 meter time from 15:25.72 to 15:12.45, and shaved time off of his 1,500 meter time from 4:11.51 to 4:06.59.
