On Friday morning, Georgia Tech athletics honored its 19 soon-to-be alums during a graduation brunch in the Letterwinners Lounge at Bobby Dodd Stadium. Speakers included director of athletics Todd Stansbury, Letterwinners Club president George Bergmark and graduating softball student-athlete Jessica Kowalewicz.
The graduation brunch culminated with Stansbury presenting each graduate with a gold sash that identified them as student-athletes during the commencement ceremony.
Academic success has long been a staple of Georgia Tech athletics. In the latest data released by the NCAA, Tech boasts an 88-percent Graduation Success Rate (an all-time high at GT).
