Paul Wolkoff joined the Georgia Tech Athletic Association in the sports medicine department in 2008 and is responsible for the care of the baseball team. Prior to the 2014-15 season, he worked with the men’s and women’s cross country and track & field teams.

Wolkoff came to Georgia Tech from Progressive Health Aviation Services where he worked for one year.

He was the head athletic trainer at LaGrange College for 10 years where he oversaw all aspects of medical care and coverage for a 16-sport athletics program. Prior to LaGrange College, he served as assistant director and senior athletic trainer at UAB Sports Medicine.

Wolkoff graduated from Georgia Tech in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in management. He later earned his master’s in physical education from East Tennessee State in 1995. While working as a graduate assistant at ETSU, he mainly worked with the staff physical therapist. He also earned a certificate in Health Sciences while at Tech.

He is a NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association, Southeast Athletic Trainers’ Association, and the Georgia Athletic Trainers’ Association, and he is licensed by the state of Georgia as an athletic trainer.
