2016-17 (Junior): Competed for the Jackets in six different meets, swimming in the 200 and 500 free events, the 100 and 200 fly races and the 200 and 400 IM events … Registered the fifth-fastest time on the year for the Jackets in the 200 fly (1:50.46) and the sixth-fastest time in the 400 IM (3:58.63) … Also recorded the seventh-fastest time in the 100 fly (52.96) and the eighth-fastest time in the 200 IM (1:51.00) for the Jackets on the season … Posted a fifth-place finish in the 200 IM (1:56.17) and a sixth-place showing in the 200 fly (1:55.33) in the double-dual meet versus Boston College and Pitt … Finished seventh overall in the 200 fly (1:55.89) in the tri-meet versus Cincinnati and Florida Atlantic … Also recorded a sixth-place finish in the 400 IM (4:13.49) and a 10th-place finish in the 500 free (4:53.66) in the dual meet against Alabama … Placed seventh in the 200 IM (1:54.30) and eighth in the 200 fly (1:55.49) versus Florida State and SCAD … Turned in times of 1:51.00 in 200 IM, 4:00.72 in the 400 IM and 1:50.46 in the 200 fly events at the UGA Last Change Meet.

2015-2016 (Sophomore): Had a strong season for the Yellow Jackets with four career-best times of 49.71 in the 100 fly, 1:50.00 in the 200 fly, 1:49.35 in the 200 IM and 3:55.32 in the 400 IM … Placed himself among the team’s top-season performers in both the 200 and 400 IM … Was one of four Jackets to break 1:50.00 in the 200 IM … Swam a career-best time of 1:49.35 in the 200 IM at the GT Qualifier, putting him ninth on the Tech all-time top-10 list … Placed first in the 400 IM at the GT Qualifier, the only swimmer to be under 4:00 in the event on the day.

2014-15 (Freshman): Closed the season strong by turning in times of 3:55.46 in the 400 IM and 1:50.34 in the 200 IM at the Yellow Jacket Championship Qualifier … His times at the qualifier were Tech’s fastest 400 IM time of the season and the team’s third-fastest 200 IM time on the year … His 400 IM time of 3:55.46 ranks as the seventh-fastest on Jackets’ all-time top times list … Posted a season-best time of 51.13 in the 100 fly and a time of 1:50.65 in the 200 fly at the Georgia Tech Invitational.

Before Tech: Swam for head coach Lisa Bidding at Palm Harbor University High School … Was a four-year letterwinner … Helped his team to state championship titles in both 2012 and 2014, as well as four consecutive regional championships between 2010-14 … Was a four-time all-county selection, a six-time All-American, and a three-time state champion … A member of the National Honor Society while in high school.
