RHP Brandon Cumpton was not involved in the decision as Hyannisscored a run in the top of the ninth to edge Cotuit 3-2. His line:4 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 1 BB, 2 SO, 1 HBP. DH Jake Davies (.243) went 1-for-4 with a walk. Jarrett Didrick pinch-ran for Jake Davies. SS Derek Dietrich (.229) went 1-for-3 with two walks, a stolenbase and a strikeout. 1B Cole Leonida (.267) was 3-for-5 with an RBI double and twostrikeouts. 3B Patrick Long (.286) went 2-for-5 including a strikeout.Evan Martin pinch-ran and scored. 2B Thomas Nichols (.217) went 2-for-4 with a two-run doubleand two strikeouts. 1B Tony Plagman (.250) went 2-for-3 with a walk and a double.CF Jeff Rowland (.207) was 0-for-2 with a walk and asacrifice. 1B Matt Skole (.179) went 1-for-3 with a walk.
