We understand that the unique circumstances of this season require extraordinary flexibility and continued patience on the part of our fans, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible customer service during this time. We also understand that since many uncertainties about the upcoming football season still remain, making a decision at this time will be tough for many people. Despite the uncertainties, we are continuing to prepare for the fast-approaching season in order to be able to provide our season ticket members with timely and exemplary service once the structure of the upcoming season is confirmed.
Therefore, we ask that you please take a few minutes to review your options as a season ticket member below and submit your preference for the 2020 season as soon as possible, but by no later than Friday, Aug. 7. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for information on how to make your election for the season.
Season ticket members who elect to retain their tickets for the 2020 season will be invited to participate in an online reseating process to select a seat location for the 2020 season in a socially distanced seating layout at Bobby Dodd Stadium. The exact capacity for seating is TBD. It is important to note that the seats you select will be for the 2020 season only. Your renewal invitation for 2021 will list the seats that were in your account prior to this one-year relocation. Additionally, season ticket members that elect to retain their seats for the 2020 season will receive a $25 discount on their 2021 season ticket purchase (cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers).

Season ticket members may elect to pass on attending games during the 2020 season, but hold their seats for 2021.
There may be some fans who are not comfortable attending games this fall for health or financial reasons. Your loyalty is important to us, so any season ticket member who has renewed their season tickets but decides they are not comfortable with attending games in 2020 may elect to gift that refund to the Support The Swarm Fund, roll any previous payments into a credit for the 2021 season, or request a refund. You will continue to have the first right of refusal on your same seats for the 2021 season.
If you elect not to retain your seats for the 2020 season and have already paid money towards your tickets, TECH Fund, and/or parking, the following options will be available to you:
OPTIONS IF SEASON STRUCTURE IS IMPACTED AFTER YOU SELECT YOUR SEATS
As part of our Fan First Guarantee, in the event that you select seats and the season is then impacted prior to its start (e.g. season is not played as scheduled or played without fans in attendance), season ticket members will be offered the following options for their tickets, TECH Fund and parking payments:
In the event that scheduled games are not played after the season has started, season ticket members will be offered the following options for their tickets and parking payments:
After the start of the season, if any games are rescheduled, tickets and parking passes from the original date would be valid for the rescheduled date, with no refunds offered.
