Alexandra Keator was named assistant director of communications and PR on Oct. 31, 2017, serving as the primary contact for volleyball and softball.
Arriving on The Flats in July 2016 as the communications and public relations intern, Keator served as the primary contact for men’s tennis, cross country and track and field, as well as the secondary contact for men’s basketball and swimming and diving for a year before transitioning to a full-time role within the department.
Keator came to Georgia Tech from Syracuse University, where she served as a student assistant in the Syracuse University Athletic Communications office. She graduated in May 2016 with a bachelor of science in public relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
Born and raised in Washington, Mass., Keator is a member of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
