2019 Track:
Indoor: Competed at five meets… set a PR in the 5K at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 14:49.68… finished with a 3K PR time of 8:30.37 at the Power Five Invitational… set a PR in the 1000m with a time of 2:36.89. Outdoor: Competed at six meets… set a PR in the 10,000m at the ACC Championships with a time of 31:32.59… set a new 5K PR with a time of 14:44.28 at the Penn Relays… hit a new PR with a time of 3:56.24 in the 1500m at the Georgia Tech Invitational.
2018 Cross Country:
Competed at five meets… set a PR in the 7.6K with a time of 25:07.0 at the Georgia Bulldog Invitational… finished the 10K with a personal best time of 33:34.9 at the NCAA South Region Cross Country Championships… set a PR in the 8.369K turning in a time of 26:13.2 at the Penn State Nationals Open… set a new PR in the 8K with a time of 25:26.4 at the ACC Championships.
2018 Track:
Indoor: Turned in a season-best 3K time of 8:47.46 at the Music City Challenge to finish 41st … Outdoor: Recorded a season-best in the 1500m, finishing ninth with a time of 4:02.70 at the Spec Towns Invitational … finished fourth (14:54.78) in the 1500m at the Tiger Track Classic … set a 5K PR at Georgia Tech Invitational where he finished ninth with a time of 14:47.19
2017 Cross Country:
Recorded his first 5K time (15:55.1) at the Jacksonville State Opener … Ran a season-best 8K race (26:15.1) at the JSU Foothills Invite.
2017 Track:
Indoor: Competed in the 3000 meters twice … turned in a season-best time of 8:36.49 at the Vanderbilt Invitational … also recorded a time of 8:48.01 in the Orange and Purple Classic.
2016 Track:
Indoor: Competed at the Commodore Invitational as a freshman … Finished 23rd in the 3000m with a time of 8:50.67. Outdoor: Did not compete.
High School:
Ran four seasons of cross country for coach James Westphal and four season of track for coach Jim Kupres … Earned all-conference in cross country freshman, sophomore, and senior seasons … Named team MVP in track sophomore season … Earned team MVP honors in cross country senior season … Part of Hinsdal Central cross country team that won regionals in 2013 and 2014, sectionals in 2013 and state championships in 2013 and 2014 … Qualified for nationals in 2013.
Personal:
Father played offensive lineman at Northwood University from 1979-1980 … Chose Tech because great academics, great athletics program and the location … Majoring in computer engineering.
