Indoor: Won the 1000m race at the Clemson Orange & Purple Elite with a personal-best time of 2:22.49… set a PR in the mile finishing fifth with a time of 4:03.61 at the Vanderbilt Invitational… finished first in the 100m (1:49.02) and also led the Tech DMR team to a first-place finish (9:46.85) and the 4×400 relay group to a second-place finish (3:14.13) at the Power Five Invitational… finished fifth in the 800m with a time of 1:48.68 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational… competed in three events at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships, finishing second in the 800m with a time of 1:48.39 while also helping lead the DMR group to a fourth-place finish (9:47.34) and the 4×400 relay group to a sixth-place finish (3:13.91). Outdoor: Competed at nine meets… won all three events he competed in at the Yellow Jacket Invitational, running the 800m in 1:51.65 and 1500m in 3:54.56 while helping lead the 4×400 group to a time of 3:11.89… won the 1500m race turning in a time of 3:44.88 at the FSU Relays… set a new PR in the 800m with a time of 1:47.54 at the Florida Relays… won the 800m (1:49.57) and helped lead the 4×400 relay group to a fist-place finish (3:10.29) at the Georgia Tech Invitational… earned two top-three finishes at the ACC Championships, finishing third in the 800m (1:50.68) and helping lead the 4×400 group to a second-place finish with a time of 3:13.06… qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, finishing the 800m in 1:49.31.
2018 Track:
Indoor: Recorded a season-best 800m time at the ACC Championships, finishing fifth with a time of 1:47.58 … went on to earn second-team all-America honors in the 800m after running a 1:48.24 at the NCAA Indoor Championships … turned in a time of 2:27.24 in his lone 1000m event at Orange & Purple Invitational … ran a 4:12.77 PR in the mile at Vanderbilt Invite and a 8:24.43 at the Commodore Invite in the 3K … helped DMR team to a 9:44.52 time and fifth finish at ACCs. Outdoor: Barely missed his own school 800m record at Florida Relays, running a team-best 1:47.76 to take first place and rank third in the conference – ranking third in the ACC … ACC 800m Champion, coming from behind on the final 100m to take gold with a time of 1:48.05 … went on to qualify for second-straight Nationals appearance where he earned second-team all-America honors … turned in a team- and personal-best 1500m time of 3:43.45 at the Tiger Track Classic to finish first … helped lead the 4×400 relay team to a season-best time of 3:09.08 at ACC Championships to qualify for Regionals where they ran a 3:09.73 … competed in the 4×800 relay twice, with a season-best effort at the Penn Relays – 7:18.18.
2017 Track:
Indoor: Member of distance medley relay unit that won at the Meyo Invitational … Registered a career-best time in the 3000m at the Commodore Invitational of 8:30.87 … Took fifth in the 800m at the Music City Challenge … Took fourth in the 800m at the ACC Championships, earning second team All-ACC … Set the Georgia Tech record in the indoor 800m at the ACC Championships with a time of 1:47.32 … Finished 15th in the 800m at the NCAA Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 5000m at the Florida State Relays with a career-best time of 15:03.11 … Took third in the 800m at the Georgia Tech Invitational … Finished second in the 1500m at the Georgia Tech Invitational with a career-best time of 3:46.87 … Finished sixth in both the 1500m and 800m at the ACC Championships, earning First Team All-ACC … Put up the fourth-best time in the 800m at the NCAA East Prelims to advance to the finals with a career-best time of 1:47.74 … Finished 15th in the 800 at the NCAA Championships, earning Second Team All-American.
2016 Track:
