High School: Frohde swims for the club team Simklubben Neptun out of the Swedish national swim center, Eriksdalsbadet… 2019 Swedish 4×200 free champion… 2019 Swedish 400 free champion… 2019 Swedish Junior 4×200 free champion… 2019 Swedish Junior 400 free champion… Represents Sweden internationally and competed at 2018 Junior European Championships; there he raced in the 200m free (49th) and 400m free individually (48th) and in the 4×200 free relay (10th).
