"Together We Swarm" Campaign Finalist for OAAG Contest

As a part of a multimedia marketing campaign, Georgia Tech’s “Together We Swarm” billboard advertising initiative throughout Atlanta is one of three finalists for the 2014 Outdoor Advertising Association of Georgia (OAAG) Creative Contest.

The winner will be announced Oct. 22 at the end of the OAAG Annual Meeting.

The “Together We Swarm” theme was developed by the Georgia Tech Athletics Marketing team, as a way to strengthen the Yellow Jackets brand within the city of Atlanta.

“The ‘Together We Swarm’ campaign was established to create a sense of unity and pride amongst our teams, students, fans, and the entire Georgia Tech community to create a ‘One GT’ mentality,” said Lauren Scherer, Director of Marketing, Promotions & Spirit at Georgia Tech. “We’re extremely happy with how CBS Outdoor conveyed our message while created some `buzz’ around Atlanta.”
