No. 22 Georgia Tech (8-2, 5-2) closes out its home schedule as well as its ACC slate Saturday against long-time conference rival and 19th-ranked Clemson (7-2, 6-1) at Bobby Dodd Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for noon ET on ESPN and 680 The Fan. Mike Patrick (play-by-play), Ed Cunningham (analyst) and Jeannine Edwards (sideline) will call the game for ESPN.

CUMBERLAND BALL PHOTO OP
The game ball from Georgia Tech’s historic 222-0 victory over Cumberland will be available for viewing and pictures in WreckFest on the corner of Bobby Dodd Way and Yellow Jacket Alley beginning at 9 a.m.

MICHAEL ISENHOUR TOY DRIVE
Student-athletes will be stationed at all Bobby Dodd Stadium gates to accept unwrapped toys and monetary donations as part of the 14th annual Michael Isenhour Toy Drive hosted by the Georgia Tech Student-Athlete Advisory Board. Donations will be accepted at the GTAA during normal business hours beginning Nov. 17.

SENIOR DAY
Twenty-two seniors and their families will be honored prior to Saturday’s game: B.J. Bostic, Matt Connors, Andrew Chau, Synjyn Days, Corey Dennis, Adrian Gardner, Shawn Green, Deon Hill, Isaiah Johnson, Zach Laskey, Shaquille Mason, Tremaine McNair, Sam McNearney, Quayshawn Nealy, Charles Perkins, Joshua Rogers, Matt Serpico, DeAndre Smelter, Will Smith, Kyle Travis, Darren Waller, and Tony Zenon.

GEORGIA TECH’S NEWEST COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME INDUCTEE: Joe Hamilton

HONORARY CAPTAIN: WILLIE CLAY
Georgia Tech Hall of Fame defensive back Willie Clay, who played eight NFL seasons with the Detroit Lions, New England Patriots and New Orleans Saints, is Saturday’s Honorary Captain. 

Clay was a four-year letterwinner (1988-91) and team captain in 1991 for the Yellow Jackets, tying the single-season school record for interceptions with nine as a senior. He concluded his time on the Flats as Tech’s all-time leader with 16 interceptions. He ranks third in Tech history with 723 career punt return yards, more than half of which came as a senior in 1991 (431). He returned a punt 61 yards for a TD against North Carolina in 1991.

A two-time first-team All-ACC performer (1990, 1991), he was a semifinalist for the 1991 Jim Thorpe Award and was a second-team All-America selection as a senior. He was taken in the eighth round of the 1992 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions. Clay tallied 11 interceptions in four seasons with the Lions (1992-95), including a career-high eight in 1995. He later spent three seasons with the New England Patriots (1996-98), where he was a member of the Super Bowl XXXI team. His final NFL season came in 1999 with the New Orleans Saints. Clay finished his NFL career with 27 interceptions and four TDs (two interception returns, two fumble returns). He was inducted into the Georgia Tech Hall of Fame in 2002.

BITPAY COMES TO Bobby Dodd STADIUM
With the integration of BitPay on Georgia Tech’s campus, students can now purchase concessions with bitcoin at home football games. Georgia Tech is the first university in the world to accept BitPay. Concessions locations accepting BitPay point-of-sale transactions are located behind sections 113, 115 and 132.

Georgia Tech Athletics joined forces with IMG and SportsLabs to develop the Georgia Tech Gameday app to keep Yellow Jackets fans connected to the action while on campus or watching from home. The Georgia Tech Gameday App will replace the current official app for Georgia Tech Athletics.
