Atlanta – Junior co-captain and leading rebounder, Janie Mitchell, was upgraded to probable Monday announced Georgia Tech head coach MaChelle Joseph.

The Jackson, Miss. native went down in the first half of Tech’s Jan. 4 win over Winston-Salem State after she collided with a defender in the lane. Mitchell, who averages 6.7 RPG and 13.4 PPG for the Jackets, suffered a Medial Collateral Ligament sprain in her left knee and was projected to miss two to four weeks.
