Your ticket will be delivered to your mobile phone on a game-by-game basis when you arrive at McCamish Pavilion. You must be within 1 mile of the arena in order to check-in. Your seat location will change each game, so you will get to experience a different view of the court each time you watch the Jackets play!
*First 200 Stinger Passes will be available for $99. After 200 passes have been sold, the price will increase to $125.
Go to the Georgia Tech Gameday app on your iPhone or Android. Select “Tickets & Passes” and then “Stinger Mobile pass. Login using the email address used to purchase.
In the Fan Hub, tap Show Tickets for an upcoming game below your account information.
You will see your barcodes for each game. You will not be able to check-in until you are within one (1) mile of McCamish Pavilion on gameday.
On gameday, follow steps 1 and 2 to access your barcodes. When you are within one (1) mile of the venue, you will receive a prompt to allow location services on your mobile device – click “OK” to allow.
If you are not within one (1) mile of the venue, you will receive a prompt to “come closer”.
Once within one (1) mile of the venue, your seat locations will appear and your barcodes will sharpen.

Q: What is the Stinger Mobile Pass?
A: The Stinger Mobile Pass is a new type of ticket that gives fans access to every regular home men’s basketball game (excluding the Duke home game) – a total of 19 home games.
Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all home games within the Stinger Mobile Pass?
A: Yes, Stinger Mobile Pass buyers are guaranteed a seat for all the 19 home games included in the Stinger Mobile Pass. Seat locations will vary by game and be assigned prior to game day.
Q: How do I access my Stinger Mobile Pass and ticket on game day?
A: Go to stingermobilepass.com on your iPhone or Android smartphone. Then login with the email address you used to purchase the Stinger Mobile Pass and your mobile phone number. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into McCamish Pavilion.
Q: How is my seat location determined?
A: Your seat location will vary by game. Please note that the time you accept your Stinger Mobile Pass does not impact which seat location you’re assigned.
Q: I am within one (1) mile of the venue, but I can’t access my Stinger Mobile Pass?
A: You must allow for Location Services to be turned on. Please review the following to do this:
iPhone: Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > turn Location Services ON
Android: Go to App > Settings > Location > ON

Q: How many Stinger Mobile Passes can I buy? And if I buy two or more passes will my seats be next to each other?
A: You can buy up to two (2) passes per account, while supplies last. And yes, all Stinger Mobile Passes purchased in one transaction will have seats together for each game.
Q: How does my guest scan into the game?
A: Your guest can either enter McCamish Pavilion with you using the barcodes on your phone, or you can send your guest their own barcode. Simply tap the Transfer button located below the barcode and send the link to your guest(s).
Q: Can I bring different people with me to each game?
A: Yes, different people can attend each game.
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android smartphone?
A: The Stinger Mobile Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets available through the program. Admission to McCamish Pavilion and seat assignments will be managed through your iPhone or Android by visiting stingermobilepass.com.
Q: Can I purchase the Stinger Mobile Pass if I don’t have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Is the Stinger Mobile Pass refundable?
A: All sales are final and no refunds will be issues.
Q: Can I sell my Stinger Mobile Pass for games I do not attend?
A: No, the Stinger Mobile Pass cannot be resold.
Q: What if I lose the text message that tells me to accept my seats?
A: If you can’t access your Stinger Mobile Pass via text message, simply go to stingermobilepass.com. Additionally, you can visit expapp.com/contact to submit any questions about the Stinger Mobile Pass at any time to receive a timely support response.
