THE FLATS – The Georgia Tech softball team kicks off the home portion of the 2016 season this weekend by hosting the inaugural ACC/Big Ten Challenge. The Yellow Jackets welcome Ohio State, Purdue and Syracuse to Mewborn field.
The Yellow Jackets’ first game of the tournament is Friday at 6:30 p.m. against Ohio State. That context will air live on ESPN3 with Richard Musterer and Christy Blair on the call.

– After 5 p.m. in these lots listed above, cars will be ticketed and towed that do not have a men’s basketball parking permit for the Notre Dame game

** Please be advised there is a baseball game at 2 p.m., a men’s basketball game at 8 p.m., and a women’s tennis match at 1 p.m.

On Friday, the first 100 Georgia Tech students who go to the baseball game at 4 p.m. and get a voucher to bring to the softball game at 6:30 p.m. can redeem it for a long-sleeve shirt.
