Jackets Wrap Up Torrin Lawrence Memorial

ATHENS, Ga. – Georgia Tech track and field wrapped up its final day of competition before the ACC Championships on Saturday at the Torrin Lawrence Memorial.

Anna Hightower launched a new career best in the pole vault with a mark of 3.81m. Rhiannon Flanagan-Rosario topped her career best in the 1500m with a time of 5:08.84. Charlotte Stephens and Haley Anderson took second and third in the 800m, respectively. Amy Ruiz posted a career best in the 800m with a time of 2:14.86.

Andres Littig posted a first-place finish in the 800m with a time of 1:49.15. Nahom Solomon took third in the men’s 1500m, first among collegiate competitors. Sam Costa registered a career best in the 1500m with a time of 4:01.54. Maurice Simpson clocked in at a career-best time of 10.75 in the 100m.
